This section describes which data we receive from you and how we handle it.

Web Server Logs

When you access this website and use Collabora, data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, time and the requested URI are stored in the web server log based on legitimate interest for error analysis and IT security. The log is automatically deleted after 60 days and is not used for profiling.

Document Processing

When using Collabora Code for online document editing, your documents are processed on servers administered by Cloud42. The processing takes place exclusively to enable the collaborative editing of documents and is not used for any other purposes.

Order Form

When you fill out and submit the order form, the data you enter is transmitted to us and stored. For storing and processing this data, we use Tally  from Belgium.

Billing

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe is an external payment provider that handles payment processing. When using Stripe, personal data such as name, address, email address, bank or credit card details as well as technical data (e.g. IP address) are transmitted to Stripe.
