Cancellation Terms

You can cancel at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A simple email to office@cloud42.ch is sufficient for a cancellation.

Example:

  • You booked from January 15, 2026 to January 14, 2027 (term: 1 year)
  • You cancel between January 15, 2026 and January 14, 2027
  • Your contract therefore expires on January 14, 2027
