The subscription includes a 7-day trial period. The trial period allows you to test whether Cloud42 works in your setup. Should something not work, you can cancel the subscription during the trial period without incurring any costs. Or you contact us so that we can support you.

  • Notice period? Anytime, effective at the end of the term. The term is one year.
  • Payment options? Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
  • Can I use the subscription for multiple Nextcloud installations? Usually not, no. There are exceptions, however. For example, if you run a second staging environment in addition to your production Nextcloud. In this case, contact us so that we can review the situation.
